Shawnee Acreage

 

​This property in Shawnee was our most extensive remodel to date.  This home was vacant for almost a year after a fire had started in the attic.  It was completely drenched with numerous issues before we started on it.  Some of the repairs included all new electrical, plumbing, roofing, windows, doors, sheet rock, floors, HVAC, porches, driveway, garage, granite, cabinets, hardwoods, carpet, insulation, fireplace, tile, and much more.  This property sold the first day on the market for $13k above asking price after multiple offers poured in.

Prairie Village Cap Cod

This is your typical Prairie Village Cap Cod with a large shot of Steroids.  Full remodel including addition on back, full 1st floor master bedroom and master suite, open staircase, 2 large decks, enormous kitchen island, laundry off Kitchen, 2 car garage, and NEW throughout.  Before this home even went on the market we had 3 different offers.  It sold first day!

Robinson Gem

 

​This house was in excellent shape when we came across it.  It had new carpet, new paint, new appliances, new roof, new fence and other new items.  Unfortunately, the rehab that was done on the property didn't sweep buyers off their feet.  After we purchased this home, we opened up the floorplan and added a bathroom.  We also changed all the flooring, repainted everything, upgraded the trim, installed new windows, replaced the driveway & garage floor, built an enormous deck and added the normal RevivaHome touches...First Day, First Buyer, Full Price, Sold!

Hoarder House

 

​This Prairie Village home was a dangerous home and only one of a multitude of houses that we have purchased from individuals dealing with Hoarding Disorder.  It was structurally in good shape but just needed a lot of cleaning, a few design touches, and a ton of upgrades.

Gardner Beauty

 

​This Gardner home was destroyed inside and out by squatters illegally living in the home.  When the home was purchased, it was loaded with trash and damage throughout.  After numerous modifications, this home came to life and sold nearly 6 weeks BEFORE completion.

Foster Raised Ranch

 

​This Overland Park home was a rental before we purchased it.  Overall, it was in good shape but needed updating and some design modifications.  It turned out amazing and sold within just a few days.

Pennycross Open Ranch

 

​This Lenexa home sat vacant for years and was vandalized inside and out.  After completion, it featured 5 bedrooms(non-conforming) and 3 bathrooms.  The floorplan was open, warm, and perfect for entertaining.

Lenexa Park House

 

​This Lenexa home sat across the street from a brand-new park.  It was a complete remodel from the roof down.  Very cute home turned out to be the nicest in the neighborhood.

Mission Ranch

​

This home was a decent ranch home in the older part of mission that was just outdated and needed some tweeking to the floor plan.  After remodeling the home and putting it on the market, it sold to the second buyer that walked into it for full price.
